New Delhi. Now the list of safe cars in India is continuously getting longer. The latest news is about Hyundai’s premium SUV Tucson, which has been awarded 5-star safety rating by Bharat NCAP. With this achievement, this car has also been included in the list of vehicles which are considered to be the best in terms of safety.
Hyundai Tucson performance in Bharat NCAP
In crash testing conducted by Bharat NCAP, the Hyundai Tucson Gasoline has performed well in both adult and child occupant protection. In adult occupant protection, this car has got 30.84 points out of 32, while in child occupant protection it has got 41 out of 49 points. Based on these results, this car has been given a 5-star safety rating.
Hyundai Tucson unmatched in safety features
Hyundai Tucson has been provided with many advanced safety features, which make it the safest car in the segment. Talking about safety features, it has 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), Hill Start Assist and Hill Descent Control, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), ISOFIX mounts and blinds. Features like spot view monitor are included.
