Amid the deadly attack on Ukraine’s capital Kiev last night, Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed fear that America’s elected President Donald Trump’s life is in danger. Amidst the horrific attack on Ukraine, he also said that if Trump wants to do something then do it otherwise we will create a fire in Kiev. Will merge him into the abyss. Now the meaning of these two statements of the Russian President is being ascertained.
According to a report by news agency Reuters, the Russian President, who was on a visit to Kazakhstan, said that he was surprised by the American election campaign. He said that completely uncivilized methods were adopted in the fight against Trump. There was even an attempt to take his life. That too not once but twice. I believe that Trump’s life is not safe.
Talking to reporters, he further said that many incidents have happened in American history but I believe that Donald Trump is wise and I think he has become aware of the dangers.
Trump on target in America
Putin, who himself lives under very tight security cover, further said that he was even more surprised to see the way Trump’s family and children were dragged into the US elections. Political opponents heavily criticized Trump’s children and family. On the question of America provoking further war with Ukraine, Putin said that this could be a ploy. Trump will get a chance to withdraw this order as soon as he assumes office or he will make his life more complicated with Russia.
On the other hand, on Thursday, Russia launched a very deadly attack on Ukraine. Due to this the power supply came to a halt. A population of about 10 lakh is forced to live in darkness. Ukrainian President Zelensky said that the Russian army had attacked with cruise missiles with cluster weapons. After this incident, Zelensky released a video message saying that Russia wants to escalate the war. In this context, he is continuously talking with NATO chief and allied countries. Ukraine’s military says Russia used 91 missiles and 97 drones in Thursday’s attack.
Why is Putin worried about Trump?
The reason for Putin’s concern about Trump is nothing else but the policy of the elected President of America. Donald Trump follows the policy of America First and he is not in favor of giving too much assistance to Ukraine in the war. He calls American aid to Ukraine a waste of American tax payer’s money. It is expected that after Trump takes over the reins of government, pressure on Ukraine will increase and it will become a part of any plan to end the war with Russia.
