National Law University Delhi recently announced the removal of four exam city centers for the upcoming All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2025. According to the official notice, this decision was made due to insufficient number of applicants in those areas. As a result, the total number of exam cities for AILET 2025 has been reduced from 35 to 31. The revised list of exam centers comes after a thorough review of all the registrations.

It is recommended that students who have not yet submitted their application forms review the list of cities for the examination center before completing the online application. The last date to register for AILET 2025 exam for interested candidates is November 18, 2024. Candidates can apply for the entrance examination by visiting the official website nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.

“If the number of candidates in an examination city is less than 100, the examination center will not be created in that city and the candidates will be allotted the examination city as per their 2nd/3rd preference,” the official notice said. ,

The official notification states that it is expected that based on the current number of applications submitted, testing centers may not be set up in the following cities due to shortage of candidates. The list includes the cities of Shimla, Siliguri, Kota and Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh).

Meanwhile, those appearing for the AILET 2025 exam can check the complete list of exam cities here: Bengaluru, Bhopal, Dehradun, Delhi, Gurugram, Guwahati, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Cuttack, Gandhinagar, Ghaziabad, Greater, Noida, Hyderabad, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Madurai, Patna, Thiruvananthapuram, Varanasi, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi and Visakhapatnam.

All India Law Entrance Test will be conducted on 8th December 2024. It will be held from 2 pm to 4 pm. Admit card for online examination will be released on November 28, 2024.

AILET 2024 Exam: Steps to Apply

Step 1: Visit the official website nationallawuniversitydelhi.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on ‘AILET 2025’ registration link.

Step 3: Enter basic information (name, email ID and others) to complete the initial registration.

Step 4: Then log in and fill the application form.

Step 5: Upload all the required documents asked and pay the fee.

Step 6: Double check all the details and submit the form.
