Chitrakoot: Ranipur Tiger Reserve located in Chitrakoot district of Uttar Pradesh has now been opened for tourists. Today, on November 6, this Tiger Reserve was formally inaugurated by Minister in-charge Manohar Lal Kori in the presence of officials and top officials of the Forest Department. Now tourists will be able to experience seeing tiger, leopard and other wild creatures in their natural habitat.

Let us tell you that Ranipur Tiger Reserve of Chitrakoot is the fourth tiger reserve of Uttar Pradesh. It was restricted to tourists till now. From today it has been opened for the general public. This reserve is spread over 530 square kilometers and has diverse wild animals like tigers, leopards, deers and bears. Apart from this, the Forest Department has also started safari to provide information about the natural scenery and animals here.

Tourists of Ranipur Tiger Reserve will experience safari
Tourists will be able to experience safari in Ranipur Tiger Reserve. The Forest Department has started this from today and during this time it will be a special attraction to see the tigers roaming in the open. Minister in-charge Manohar Lal Kori said on this occasion that tourists will not only get entertainment through safari, but they will also be able to see the real form of wildlife in their natural habitat. He told that safari has been arranged for the tourists in Ranipur Tiger Reserve which will take the tourists very close to the wildlife.

By sitting in this safari, tourists can see tiger, leopard, deer, bear and other wild creatures in their natural conditions. Arrangements for online booking have also been made for this. At present its booking is being done off-line. Lodging arrangements have also been made for tourists where they can stay for one night or more. Fees will be charged for this and tourists will be able to enjoy the beautiful natural environment.

Tourism will get a new dimension in Chitrakoot
The opening of this new Tiger Reserve in Chitrakoot district has not only given a big gift to wildlife lovers, but this area is also going to be established as a new center of tourism. Ranipur Tiger Reserve was established in October 2022 and is now fully opened for tourists. This will give a new dimension to tourism in this area and will also boost the local economy.

Officials of Ranipur Tiger Reserve said that many more developmental plans have been made keeping in mind the protection of wildlife and the facilities for tourists. Guide services, trekking and other adventure activities will also be arranged for the tourists. Apart from this, special monitoring arrangements have also been made for the safety of wildlife so that no untoward incident happens. He told that if someone wants to go on safari then he will have to deposit Rs 2,500 as fee.
