Fashion designer Manish Malhotra has launched a new store for his label at Jio World Plaza in Mumbai. The launch was attended by big names from Bollywood and even a billionaire! Nita Ambani, whose family owns Jio World Plaza, was also present.
Who wore what?
Nita Ambani arrived at the event in a bright, neon green saree paired with a white lace blouse. Looks like she’s also inspired by the BRAT summer trend. She carried a shiny, small Hermes bag and wore large diamond earrings. Billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s wife smiled at the paparazzi gathered outside the venue.
Kriti Sanon was also present in a Manish Malhotra designed outfit. She wore a red saree all over with sequins, which reminded us of Kareena Kapoor’s red outfit in the song You Are My Sonia from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.
Kajol arrived at the event wearing a suit and Salman Khan’s sisters Alvira and Arpita were also seen. Rekha looked stunning in a gold tissue saree, which she complemented with her usual bold red lips.

Big week for Manish Malhotra
Recently, Kartik Aryan and Trupti Dimri walked the ramp for Manish Malhotra at the NaMo Bharat: Walk for Courage, Walk for Service and Walk for Heritage event.
In an Instagram post, Malhotra said the fashion show was held on Tuesday night in Mumbai as part of Seva Pakhwada (Fortnight of Service) to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 73rd birthday on September 17. .
The fashion show, which presented Malhotra’s ‘Avara’ collection 2024/25, saw models share the ramp with cancer survivors like Sonali Bendre, Tahira Kashyap and Hina Khan as well as terrorist attack heroes.
