Veteran actress Rekha made the night of IIFA 2024 even more memorable as she surprised the audience with her beautiful performance, adding a special energy to the event. Rekha danced for 20 minutes at IIFA event
The official Instagram page of IIFA shared glimpses of her performance, which took fans on a nostalgic trip to her golden days in cinema. Sharing the post, IIFA wrote, “The night sparkles as the iconic and always glowing Rekha Nexa delivers a spectacular performance on the stage of IIFA Awards 2024.”
In a video, Rekha was seen dancing to Lata Mangeshkar’s song Piya Tose Naina Lage Re from the 1965 film Guide. She also grooved to Mohe Panghat Pe from 1960 film Mughal-e-Azam, Lag Jaa Gale from the 1964 film Woh Kaun Thi and Pardesiya Yeh Sach Hai Piya from 1979 film Mr Natwarlal.

The second day of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards 2024 held in Abu Dhabi was star-studded. The event was attended by the biggest names of Bollywood, including Hema Malini, Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukherjee, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Vicky Kaushal, Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon.
One of the major attractions of the night was Shah Rukh Khan, who not only hosted the event but also entertained the audience with his charming charm. She was accompanied on stage by Vicky Kaushal and Karan Johar and together they gave a spectacular performance on Shahrukh’s hit song Jhoome Jo Pathan.
The three-day festival began on 27 September with IIFA Utsavam, an event dedicated to the southern film industries – Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. IIFA 2024 will conclude with an exclusive, invitation-only IIFA Rocks on September 29. Artists like Honey Singh, Shilpa Rao and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy will perform live for the audience.
