PM Narendra Modi first visited Russia and talked to President Vladimir Putin. After this, recently PM Modi visited Ukraine and tried to heal the wounds of President Volodymyr Zelensky. Recently on August 27, PM Modi had a phone conversation with Russian President Putin. During this, it was discussed that after the Ukraine visit, India will send its NSA Ajit Doval to Russia to discuss matters related to the peace agreement.
This will further strengthen India’s role in peace efforts to stop the war between Russia and Ukraine. For now, NSA Ajit Doval will visit Russia to discuss how peace can be established. It is worth noting that after Putin, now Italy’s Prime Minister Georgia Meloni said that only India can solve the issue of war between Russia and Ukraine.
