Now retired teachers in UP are going to get work again as the state government is going to recruit them under the ‘School Har Din Aaye’ program
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s government is going to teach those children who do not go to school under the ‘School Har Din Aaye’ program. For this, retired teachers will be recruited, who will be given an honorarium of Rs 6000 per month.
The appointment process of these teachers is also going to start soon. Instructions have been issued from the government level for this. Director General of School Education Department Kanchan Verma has given instructions to start the selection process soon. The block level committee will select retired teachers.
What will retired teachers do?
Under the ‘School Har Din Aaye’ (SHDA) programme, the responsibility of children who do not go to school will be handed over to these retired teachers.
The government is running a campaign across the state to motivate children to come to school daily. But still children are not coming to some government schools. To improve the situation, the government plans to appoint retired teachers in schools where five or more children are not coming to school daily, so that children can get education.
These children between the ages of six and 14 will be admitted to various classes. Arrangements will be made to teach these children under the SHDA program.
