Madhubani. After running many trains for Ram Mandir and Ayodhya, now Indian Railways is going to run a train between Sita Mata’s maternal home and in-laws’ house. That is, this train will run between Nepal and Ayodhya. With this, devotees will now be able to visit both these places as well.
General Manager of Nepal Railways Niranjan Jha said that a proposal to run a train from Janakpur in Nepal via Ayodhya to New Delhi was sent to the Indian Ambassador in Nepal. An agreement has been reached on this. An official announcement will be made after a meeting between the officials of both the countries. This train will run two days a week which will benefit the passengers.
Screw on the rack, solution will be soon
The general manager told Local 18 that it has not been decided yet whether the maintenance of the train running from Janakpur to Ayodhya and the train rack will belong to India or Nepal. It will be finalised after a meeting between Nepal and India officials on ticket booking from Janakpur to Ayodhya and Delhi and many other questions.

There has been a demand to extend the train running from Janakpur to Ayodhya to New Delhi. At present, there is a proposal to run a pair of trains between Janakpur and Ayodhya in a week. However, there will be a demand to run a train from Janakpur via Ayodhya to New Delhi two days a week, so that the citizens of Nepal can easily travel to the religious places of India. They can visit Ayodhya.
Rail service was restored last year
A few years ago, an agreement was signed to run trains between India and Nepal. After that, rail service was restored from Jaynagar to Kurtha. Now this rail line is also being expanded. The responsibility of railway construction between India and Nepal lies with India’s IRCON company. Currently, the railways are earning a lot from the train running between India and Nepal. Thousands of people are traveling by train every day. In such a situation, people are excited about connecting this rail line at the national level.
