Realme GT Neo 5 was launched in February last year with fast charging support up to 240W. It is claimed about the phone that this fast-charging fills the battery from 0 to 100% in less than 10 minutes. Now a senior Realme official has confirmed that it is working on 300W charging for the upcoming phone models. On the other hand, let us tell you that Xiaomi offered its 300W fast charging technology last year itself.

In an interview with YouTube channel The Tech Chap, Realme Europe CEO and Global Marketing Director Francis Wong confirmed that Realme is testing 300W charging.

In February last year, Redmi demonstrated 300W charging using a modified Redmi Note 12 Discovery Edition smartphone with a 4,100mAh battery. This charging technology was successful in filling the battery in less than five minutes. Let us tell you that the company has not yet launched a handset with 300W fast charging support.

Realme already offers 240W charging in the Realme GT Neo 5, which is claimed to charge the 4,600mAh battery from 0 to 20% in 80 seconds, 0 to 50% in four minutes, and 0 to 100% in less than 10 minutes.

It has been claimed that 30 seconds of charging time will give up to two hours of talk time. Now it remains to be seen which new phone the company launches, which will be provided with 300W charging.
