What could be a better way for a singer-actor to celebrate his day than doing the thing that makes him happiest? As he spends most of the day performing on stage amid his ongoing solo debut concert series Mystery Elevator, his latest K-drama outing has set an impressive personal all-time high record.
According to Nielsen Korea, Eunwoo’s Wonderful World achieved an average viewership of 11.4% nationwide on Friday. 29 March. Breaking its personal best record, Revenge Mystery’s ratings saw an increase of 5.1% from its previous episode’s high of 6.3%. The thriller series airs every Friday and Saturday, and had a previously record score of 9.9%, which it received through the fifth episode.

Born on March 30, 1997, the highly ambitious South Korean star is a singer and actor. Making his mark as a member of the boy band Astro, Cha Eun Woo also spread his wings as a full-fledged solo artist in 2024.

Earlier this year, the 27-year-old artist also made her official solo debut, headlining her first solo fan concert, Just One 10 Minutes: Mystery Elevator. Presenting her debut album, Entity, with the lead single Stay, Eunwoo joined forces with American actress India Isley for the lead music video.
Eunwoo’s 2024 K-drama Wonderful World is streaming on Disney+ for international audiences as he continues to showcase his multi-hyphenate talents as an all-round artist. Accomplishing a challenging feat, he has reinvented his personality as an actor by breaking out of the box that initially typecasted him as a stoic high school male hero in several projects.
According to the Korea Brand Reputation Research Institute’s monthly analysis chart reflecting the brand value reputation of an actor/actress, Eunwoo claimed the top spot for March 2024. Despite tough competition, he remained on top with 7,583,893 points. In a cut-throat race, he defeated queen of tears Kim Soo Hyun and veteran actor Choi Min Sik, who recently won rave reviews for his record-breaking 2024 mystery film, Exhuma.

Eunwoo stars alongside Kim Nam Joo, as an ambitious presence in the revenge drama story. The latter leads the narrative as a writer whose life takes a tragic turn when her son dies in an accident. While seeking justice for him, she finds herself on the wrong path. The MBC TV original series written by Kim Ji Yoon premiered on March 1, 2024.
Wonderful World episode 9 aired on March 29; The tenth entry will be released today i.e. on March 30. The broadcast schedule for episodes 11-14 is expected to be changed to a Tuesday-Wednesday timeslot.
