7-What is a screwed method?
In Korea, Toners are often called “skins”, where it is the name of technology. Simply put, the 7-scin method involves applying seven thin layers of toner between your cleanser and moisturizer. Instead of slapping on the same heavy layer of hydration, this technique allows your skin to gradually absorb moisture, helping it to maintain prolonged hydration and improve the effectiveness of your other skincare products.
If it seems extremely high to apply the same product seven times, consider it -our skin is struggling with constant dehydration, thanks to factors such as air conditioning, central heating, pollution and stress. By laying a controlled amount of toner, you are really feeding your skin, without the need, without overwhelming it. Result? A healthy, more bright color with better elasticity and boom.
How to do 7-Scin method at home
This method works for all types of skin, but the key is selecting the right toner – one that is light and packed with hydrating materials such as hydritic acid, green tea, or century Asiatic. If you have oily skin, use a toner that helps control the oil. For dry or sensitive skin, choose one with soothing materials such as aloe vera or oatmeal. If your skin is normal, go for a toner that keeps it balanced and reduces brightness. Avoid toner with alcohol, as they can dry and irrit your skin. Follow these steps to begin:
Clean your face with a soft cleanser and dry it until it makes it a little moist.
Apply the first layer of toner with a cotton pad or directly with your hands, pressing it into your skin.
Wait a few seconds for absorption, then repeat the application using your hands.
Waiting between each step, continue the layering seven times. You only need a small amount per layer.
Seal everything with a moisturizer or serum to lock in hydration.
