The new Renault Duster will be launched in the international market this year. The new Duster is expected to arrive in India next year. The company can also launch a 7-seater version of Duster.
New Delhi. Renault Duster once made a lot of noise in the Indian market. But, later due to poor sales and the implementation of new emission norms, it was removed from the market in 2022. Now once again Duster is going to enter the Indian market in a new look. Some pictures of the third generation Duster, which will come on Indian roads in 2025, have been leaked recently. The special thing is that Renault is planning to bring a 7-seater variant along with the 5-seater version of the new Duster (Dacia Bigster Three-Row). It will compete with models like Mahindra XUV700, Tata Safari, Hyundai Alcazar and MG Hector Plus in the Indian market.
Renault Duster 7-seater (Bigster) will be launched in the global market later this year. It is expected to be launched in the Indian market next year. The new Duster (Bigster) has been spotted during testing in Spain. The pictures show that the interior design of the new Duster is similar to the old Duster. It has a large infotainment screen and a multifunction steering wheel. The new Renault Duster 7-seater will be around 4.6 meters in length (which is about 300 millimeters longer than the 5-seater Duster) and its wheelbase will be slightly longer. This means that the new Duster will get more cabin space and larger back doors.

The new Duster will probably have the same powertrain as the old Duster. It can get a 1.0-liter LPG, a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol with mild hybrid support and a 1.6-liter petrol hybrid engine. Its base model will have front-wheel drive, while all-wheel drive will be an option. The Bigster SUV will get multiple drive modes and a 4X2 system.

The new Duster is expected to be launched again in late 2025. Its five-seater version will be introduced first and the seven-seater version will come later. The Bigster will compete with models like Mahindra XUV700, Tata Safari, Hyundai Alcazar and MG Hector Plus.
