Complex PTSD refers to a mental condition where a person may experience PTSD symptoms along with additional symptoms. Rejection-sensitive dysphoria complex is a term used in PTSD where people have difficulty accepting perceived rejection or failure. Therapist Linda Meredith wrote, “Living with RSD can be challenging, but it’s important to remember that you are not alone. Many individuals with CPTSD experience it, and there are ways to cope.”
