1. Calorie Loss Diet:
You eat less calories than burning. Each food should contain 60% protein, 20% carbs and 10% fat. This helps you feel full and burn fat.
2. Eat more veggies:
Leave the sugary fruits and eat a lot of vegies like tomatoes, capsicum, latus and cucumber. Add spices and Greek yogurt to taste. Fill on a large bowl of vegetables every day.
3. No late night snacks:
Do not eat 3-4 hours before bed. This helps prevent fat storage at bedtime.
4. Quit breakfast:

5. Drink water before meals:
Drink 250-300 ml of water 20-30 minutes before eating. It helps you feel full and eat less.
6. Morning hygiene:
Drink at least 500 ml of water after waking up. It starts your metabolism and cleanses your body.
7. Avoid sugar drinks:
Do not say cold drinks and shakes. They have a lot of empty calories and sugar.
8. Cheat food once a week:
Eat a deception every 7 days. It helps to balance your hormones and keeps you inspired.
9. Lift weight before cardio:
Training strength before cardio to burn more fat and to build muscles.
10. Post-Day-Walk:
After a meal, walk slowly for 10–15 minutes. It helps in digestion and increases your metabolism.
