In real life, brothers Tejashwi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav suddenly met at the airport. What happened next went viral.
Tej Pratap Yadav was giving an interview to journalist Samdish Bhatia for his YouTube channel Unfiltered by Samdish (and an amazing team). They were shopping at the airport. Yadav was told by his colleague that Tejashwi Yadav was also there.
Samdish, who had earlier interviewed Tejashwi Yadav, looked curious as the politician smiled and waved at him.
“Shopping kara rahe hain kya bhaiya (Is my brother shopping for you?),” Tejashwi asked smilingly.
“He is gifting me something,” Samdish replied.
“You are very lucky,” said Tejashwi.
After this the journalists went to him and greeted him. He was told that he was on election campaign. Bihar elections 2025 are starting from 6th November.
While they were talking to each other cordially, the serious Tej Pratap Yadav kept looking at them. Samdish asked him if he wanted to suggest any question to be asked to Tej Pratap. Everyone laughed and Tej Pratap also smiled softly. However, he turned and went back to shopping without talking to his brother.
“Don’t you two talk? Don’t you talk to each other at all?” Samdish asked Tej Pratap Yadav.
Tej Pratap gave a vague answer and moved ahead.
This encounter captured in the viral video caught everyone’s attention. Many social media users shared the clip, which garnered many reactions.
One user wrote, “Samdish is providing Netflix-level content on YouTube.”
Another commented, “When Tejashwi Yadav came, Samadhish left Tej Pratap alone. He looked very sad and lonely.”
Another posted, “If this is an election strategy, then too bad. All sympathy will go to Tej Pratap.”
Dispute between Tejashwi and Tej Pratap Yadav
The bitter rift between RJD chief and former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav’s sons Tejashwi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav came to the fore in 2025. This has shaken the family and affected the politics of Bihar.
Elder son Tej Pratap was sidelined while Tejashwi emerged as Lalu’s chosen political successor. Their rivalry has been going on for a long time through social media controversies and public comments.
The feud was at its peak in May 2025, when Tej Pratap shared a Facebook post with Anushka Yadav.
He wrote, “We have known each other for the last 12 years and we love each other. We have been in a relationship for the last 12 years.”
After this post, Lalu expelled Tej Pratap from RJD and family for six years. The senior Yadav cited “irresponsible behaviour” which had damaged the party’s image.
Tejashwi supported his father’s decision and called it necessary for party discipline. In response to this, Tej Pratap launched his party Janashakti Janata Dal. He announced that he would contest the Bihar Assembly elections as an independent candidate from Mahua, challenging his brother’s party RJD.
The open rivalry between the siblings has divided RJD supporters and risks splitting the opposition votes, giving the NDA rivals an advantage. The feud has also fractured family unity.
