Bigg Boss 19 host Salman Khan criticized the show’s contestants Tanya Mittal and Neelam Giri for body shaming Ashnoor Kaur. JioHotstar Reality shared a video on Instagram from the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, in which Salman asked Tanya and Neelam about their opinion about Ashnoor. After praising her, Salman revealed to Ashnoor what he had said about her earlier.

In the promo, Salman asked the duo, “Tanya aur Neelam, aap bataiye kya rai aapki Ashnoor ko lekar (Tanya aur Neelam, do express your opinion about Ashnoor)?” Neelam said, “Achhi lag rahi hai (She is looking good).” Tanya added, “Bilkul princess jaisi lag rahi hai (She is looking like a princess).”
Salman replied, “Accha? Neelam, you are very proud of your gossip right? Why aren’t you saying anything now? Tanya, you compared her to an elephant, dinosaur, called her fat, looked like a Who gave you that right?
Ashnoor became emotional on his comment
Ashnoor, looking hurt, said, “You should be ashamed, Tanya.” Earlier, Tanya had said that Ashnoor’s outfits “do not suit her.” Neelam had compared them to dinosaurs and called them Jurassic Park.
Gauahar Khan slams Tanya
Actor Gauhar Khan shared a video on her Instagram Stories and criticized Tanya. “Initially, I thought Tanya was very sorted, innocent, dramatic (Initially, I thought Tanya was very sorted, innocent, dramatic) and all that. And she was very entertaining. And I still think she is entertaining, but the way she is embarrassing Ashnoor behind his back is absolutely disgusting. Gauahar talked about an incident from two weeks ago, when Tanya made a comment about Ashnoor. “About two weeks ago, Ashnoor came out wearing a dress and Neelam said, ‘She looks good.’ Tanya said, ‘She looks like Barbie.’ But as soon as Ashnoor left, Tanya said, ‘When did I say that she is looking good? I just said she looks like Barbie,’ and then both of them laughed.
“I don’t understand why someone would comment on another person’s looks and then talk behind their back saying they don’t look good. Everyone has the right to feel and believe that they are beautiful. And if you think you epitomize beauty standards, that’s cool. But if you put others down to make yourself feel beautiful, then you’re not beautiful at all. Because more than being beautiful, it’s important to have a good heart. It doesn’t matter how much you Pretend to be great, if you thoughts are not kind, then you are not really beautiful,” Gauahar concluded.
