To make this churma, only a few simple ingredients are required – 1 cup wheat flour, 6 tablespoons desi ghee, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar or jaggery and a little water. All these things are easily available in the kitchen of every house.

First of all, mix one tablespoon of desi ghee in the flour and add water little by little and knead a stiff dough. Keep in mind that the dough should not be soft. The harder the dough, the crispier and tastier the churma will be.

Now make small balls of dough and roll them like chapatti. Fry them well on a pan on medium flame till they turn golden brown and get a crisp texture like biscuits. This process creates the real base of churma, which gives it excellent taste and texture.
