Want toned legs like Bollywood stars? Celebrity trainer Yasmin Karachiwala shares six power-pack exercises to help you strengthen and strengthen your lower body.

Looking for those legs to tone? Celebrity trainer Yasmin Karachiwala is here to inspire you. Known to train Bollywood A-Listers such as Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, and Deepika Padukone, Yasmin regularly shares workout snipites on Instagram to keep her followers inspired. In his latest video, Yasmin displayed a set of exercises targeting Glutes and Quads to help achieve a sculpture, Bollywood-inspired physique. Yasmin Karachiwala shows the lower body exercise to tone his feet.

On Tuesday, Yasmin took to Instagram and shared a workout video with the caption, “Let’s tone those legs, these exercises include these exercises in your lower body workout for a crazy burn.” Let’s take a look at all the exercises done by you.

Exercise for glutes

1. RDL (Romanian Dalift): Keep a modest bend in the knees while staying on the hips to effectively attach glutes and hamstrings. This step improves strength and flexibility in the rear chain.

2. Single-Lega Squat: Balance on one leg and reducing into a squat increases stability, coordination and glute activation for toned legs.

3. Katelbel Swing: A dynamic exercise that targets glutes, core and hamstrings. Maintaining proper currency while generating electricity from hips ensures maximum profit.

Exercise for quads

4. Further Lanj: Proceed with control, ensure that the front knee align over the ankle. This step strengthens quads by improving balance and flexibility.

5. Gobal squat: Catching kettlebells or dumbbells close to the chest, this squat variation produces a quad strength, improving the currency and core stability.

6. Stable Lanj: A great way to separate and strengthen quads. Keeping the torso straight and confusing the core increases stability and form.
