Shahrukh Khan is celebrating his 60th birthday today. While the Badshah of Bollywood has completed another year, his chiseled physique and fitness prove that age is just a number. What is Shahrukh’s diet routine?
Unlike many celebrities who follow elaborate diets, Shahrukh Khan likes to keep his food simple. He shared, “I naturally like to eat very simple food. I eat only 2 times a day, lunch and dinner. I don’t eat anything else. I don’t like dishes. I usually eat sprouts, grilled chicken, broccoli and a little dal. I have been eating this consistently for years.”
Their food is clean, protein rich and balanced. He said, “I don’t follow any diet. I prefer to eat light and healthy food.” Still, he is not strict when it comes to social events. Be it biryani, roti, paratha, ghee, or lassi, Shahrukh enjoys it, showing discipline as well as a conscious approach towards indulgence.
How does he manage sleep and workouts
Shahrukh’s sleeping schedule is equally unconventional. While most people start their day early, he stays up late. He joked, “I go to sleep at 5 in the morning. When Mark Wahlberg wakes up, I’m going to sleep.”
Even after tiring shooting, he gives priority to fitness. “I come home at 2 a.m., take a shower, and work out before bed,” he revealed. Most people’s commitment to training when they are resting reflects a mindset rooted in discipline and consistency rather than convenience.

He was last seen on the big screen in 2023, in which he gave three consecutive hits with Pathan, Jawan and Danki. Currently, she is busy shooting for Siddharth Anand’s upcoming film with her daughter Suhana Khan co-starring Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan and Arshad Warsi.
