Recently, actor Nimrat Kaur shared a reel on Instagram, with a DIY Skincare Hack, where he mixed milk with some varieties of saffron. He then dropped a dry sheet mask capsule in the yellow yellow mixture. Once it soaked all the liquid, he put it on his face for a soothing glow.

Do milk and saffron actually have skincare benefits?
