Dr. How did paddy start their day
“I have recently been asked a lot about my routine, nutrition, exercise and sleep,” they say. “Now, number one, I don’t think it is especially interesting, because my situation is always going to be different from everyone, but in general, here is mentioned here what it looks like.” He shares his sleeping habits, saying, “In general, I get at least 8 hours of sleep for a night. Dr. Paddy also prefer daily exercise, explaining, “I exercise almost every day, either through aerobic training or resistance training. On a perfect week, I do 3-4 aerobic sessions and 3 resistance training sessions.”
Finally, when it comes to nutrition, Dr. Paddy keeps things simple. “I originally eat whatever I want, as long as I am fulfilling my calories and protein goals a week. I don’t see about macros. I just eat only for my protein allowance and usually live within my calorie allowance based on my weight and level of intestinal fat.”
