British Foreign Secretary David Lemi met Syrian interim President Ahmed Al-Shra on Saturday in Damascus, marking the Syrian struggle and the restoration of relations after 14 years of tension during the Assad family rule.
Syria is improving relations with Western countries after the fall of President Bashar Assad in December, which was an aggressive led by Al-Shara’s Hayat Tahrir al-Sham Islamist group.
