In a May 11 Instagram post, she explained how combining smart workout strategies with savvy nutrition hacks can help you get the body you’ve always wanted. In his caption, he shared, “3 months to lose fat. If I had 3 months to lose fat, this is exactly what I would do.”

Here’s Thomas’s 3-month fat loss plan:

1. Start every morning with fasted cardio

“Trust me, 30-45 minutes of incline walking or light jogging before breakfast will burn fat,” says Thomas.

2. Lift weights 4-5 times a week

“Focus on compound lifts — squats, deadlifts, bench presses — to burn more calories and build lean muscle,” he says.

3. Dial in your protein

According to Thomas, aim for at least 1 gram per pound of body weight because “protein keeps you full and preserves muscle when you break down.”

4. Go freezing cold

“Take a cold shower. It’s uncomfortable, but it can actually boost metabolism and help burn fat,” Thomas said.

5. Adopt intermittent fasting

“Skip breakfast or limit your eating window to 6-8 hours to help control calorie intake,” says Thomas.
