Pete says, “I work out all the time, but I don’t look good. Should I try CrossFit? You’re not that ripped. You really have an amazing body. But your posture is the booty thing.” He continues, “Okay. So what should I do? Do you trust me? It’s either you or CrossFit. Step 1 – Release the tension in your chest

“To fix your rounded shoulders, start by releasing all the tension from your tight chest. This is literally pulling your shoulders down. Be careful and do this for 3 sets of 10 reps,” explains Pete.

Step 2 – Fix Donald Duck’s Butt

“Next, let’s tackle that classic Donald Duck butt. Believe it or not, studies show that about 85% of people struggle with this posture issue,” he adds. “To fix this, kneel down, lean forward and stretch to the opposite side. You will feel the difference immediately, it really feels amazing.”

Step 3 – Undo the Doom-Scrolling Turtleneck

“And finally, to fix your doom-scroll turtleneck, wrap your fingers behind your head and pull your neck forward. Then, move your head back and breathe. It feels amazing. That’s it,” says Pete.

He concludes, “But remember, real change doesn’t happen overnight. Save it and do it consistently for best results.”
